What's that Smell? (VIDEO) Someone illegally dumped fuel oil on New Hampshire Fish and Game Department Land.

In May of 2005 I discovered an illegal dumping of hazardous waste on the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department's Bellamy River Wildlife Management Area. Looking back as a wildlife biologist for a half century now I realize how varied my skills of observing the environment would be. Protecting the environment that day meant discovering an illegal dumping and then putting the clean up action into process.
