Horse crap and bear hunting in New Hampshire (VIDEO)
Friday 09/06/2019
Rick and I had just turned sixteen in 1966 and we wanted to go bear hunting that September. We stopped to see conservation officer Dave Hammond in Moultonborough New Hampshire for some bear hunting tips. He sent us to a local farmer that told us we could hunt his apple orchard but we better disguise our scent first. So we filled our pockets with horse manure like he suggested and headed off "bear hunting".
